Erwin Weerstra was admitted to the Young Talent Department of the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague when he was seven years old. During his studies, he won the international Steinway Competition two times.
In 2011 he finished his Master's Degree in Classical Piano at the Royal Conservatoire with Distinction.
Erwin also studied composition with Daan Manneke, Roderik de Man and Yannis Kyriakides.
Erwin is a prize winner of several international competitions. He is an active performer, with engagements in his native Netherlands and abroad in Italy, Russia, Germany, Austria, Spain, the UK, Switzerland, and Poland.
In 2018, Erwin was selected to study in Italy with Professor Andrzej Jasiลski.
As Allart, Erwin combines his background in classical music with his interest in contemporary (electronic) music.
